To succeed in this role, you will need:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a cafe or similar environment, preferably with coffee-making skills.
  • A RSA certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • A positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and late nights.
