Job Role: Cafe All-Rounder

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to fill this Cafe All Rounder position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, operating our Point of Sale (POS) system, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting in the preparation of food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate our POS system accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with industry standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of basic food and beverages.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year Barista experience preferred but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of general cafe operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
