Job Opportunity:

Cafe Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled cafe assistant to join our team. As a cafe assistant, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Gilbert and Nic Nath Cafe, including barista coffee making, customer service, food and beverage preparation, sales and transactions, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Barista coffee making and provision of excellent customer service.
  2. Food and beverage preparation, sales and transactions.
  3. Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and move around the café area.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
