Project Director Role

The project director position is a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all project activities and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet project requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including reports and documentation.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills, training, and support to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a project manager or director in a multi-family construction setting.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
