About the Role

Saké Restaurant & Bar is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to elevate our team and enhance our renowned dining experience. As a member of Hunter St. Hospitality, we pride ourselves on using the finest local produce and delivering unparalleled dining experiences.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated team, ensuring every aspect of the dining experience is exceptional.
  • Drive sales and manage productivity while fostering a vibrant atmosphere that keeps our guests returning.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a management role within an award-winning or premium restaurant setting.
  • Genuine passion for cultivating talent and leading by example, inspiring your team to excel daily.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and late nights while maintaining a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for creating a memorable atmosphere for guests.
  • Ability to curate an outstanding venue appearance and ensure a happy, engaged team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Additional certifications in restaurant or food service management are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with workplace health and safety standards.
