About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing delivery outcomes, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing a strong team with a focus on a collaborative, customer-centric, safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operational activities of the geographical region to ensure performance objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with the client to develop and maintain a healthy, trusted relationship.
  • Utilize the combined knowledge and skills of joint management partners for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Build relationships with TSAs for sovereign capability.
  • Provide strong leadership through example by achieving the business' KPIs as per the contract.
  • Develop a strong team with a focus on a collaborative, customer-centric, safety culture.
  • Recommending maintenance improvements in productivity and/or cost to be implemented and monitored.
  • Actively lead the implementation of change initiatives.
  • Oversee financial and commercial performance of the contract, including cash flow, capital expenditure/disposals, costing, and expense control, and risk administration of contracts.
  • Positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment.
  • Ensure operational adherence to Defence policy and procedures.
  • Carry out all work activities upholding the Company values of Integrity, Ingenuity, Collaboration, and Challenge.
  • Actively participate in the Performance and Development Review process.
