Regional Operations Leader

4WD Supacentre is a renowned retailer in the outdoor recreation and lifestyle products sector. As a fast-growing customer-centric business, we are looking for a skilled Regional Operations Leader to support our exponential growth and push the boundaries of what is achievable.
We currently operate 30 stores nationally, with ongoing expansion plans. Our operations include warehousing, engineering, customer care centres, commercial sales, and corporate support functions. This newly created management role will support mission-critical sales and operations priorities across our region's stores network.
Your Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the National Retail Manager and Regional Sales Manager to ensure stores are prepared to deliver key operations KPIs while driving optimal productivity through seasonal fluctuations.
- Coach leaders to build capability across the stores network, fostering a team-centric, mature, emotionally intelligent, and commercially aware culture.
- Provide thought leadership in proposing and implementing plans to drive growth and profitability for your region.
- Establish a compliance culture aligned with customer advocacy benchmarks, warranty claims processing, Click & Collect performance, stock integrity, and store standards.
- Lead and influence the team to deliver memorable customer experiences by building confidence, skills, and knowledge through consistent learning and training.
- Identify local business opportunities to attract new customers, maximising visual merchandising and social media, and increasing foot traffic to augment sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the National WHS Manager to ensure adherence to the company's safety framework, policies, procedures, and best practices.
Previous leadership experience in a similar role within the Outdoor, Lifestyle, or Retail industry is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly emotionally intelligent, and resilient as an effective relationship manager.
- Significant problem-solving skills with sound judgment and commercial acumen.
- Significant influencing and coaching skills to build and drive leadership and team capability.
- Proven operations and project management knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and inspirational leader with a successful track record in driving discretionary effort at a store and management team level.
- Ability to drive effective stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to drive reporting through data and analytics to support actionable insights, planning, proposals, and recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
- Full-time role based in Far North QLD.
- Salary – 120K Base plus Superannuation, annually.
