Our restaurant is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional food quality and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, preparation, and presentation of dishes.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef to maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of seasonal produce, menus, and kitchen procedures.
- Ensure efficient stock ordering and inventory management.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Hold relevant culinary qualifications.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
