Facility Support Managers play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and services. They are responsible for managing all facility concerns, including building and room leasing agreements, as well as coordinating constructions and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all facility concerns together with the airport
  • Coordinating constructions and services
  • Organizing and supervising IT networks and telephone services
  • Overseeing internal facility concerns, including office setup and relocation projects
  • Managing internal office supplies and services
  • Ensuring safety and security protocols are in place
  • Coordinating with third parties on agreements and contracts
  • Managing uniforms according to clothing regulations
  • Providing travel agency services
  • Point of contact for AIG travel insurance
  • Organizing customer and staff events
  • Supporting Concierge with customers and visitors

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years professional experience in a similar role
  • Extensive experience in facility management
  • Good English knowledge (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good technical knowledge of IT applications
  • A dynamic and proactive personality with ability to work with teams
