Media Production Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced production coordinator to coordinate the end-to-end production of high-quality video and social media content.

About the Role:

This critical role involves planning, scheduling, and managing multi-format content production. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, resourcing, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery aligned with campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate planning, logistics, and scheduling for multi-format content production.
  • Production Management: Manage production requirements, including location access and resourcing.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with business areas to understand project briefs and facilitate feedback, reviews, and approvals.
  • Progress Tracking: Track progress of video / social content and ensure timely delivery aligned with campaign goals.
  • Documentation Management: Oversee completion and archiving of consent and accessibility documentation.
  • Support and Logistics: Support senior team members with logistics and day-to-day coordination tasks.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain production records and contribute to reporting.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of production workflows and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in production coordination, media or communications. You should have strong organisational and project management skills, confidence in liaising with internal stakeholders and managing competing priorities.

Familiarity with accessibility and consent requirements in media is essential. A team-first mindset and willingness to contribute to an inclusive, collaborative culture are also essential.
