Randstad is proud to be partnering with a prominent Federal Government agency based in Geelong to recruit a Talent Producer within their Digital Media Team.
About the Role :
As Talent Producer, you will be central to sourcing, managing, and maintaining a pipeline of talent to feature in video and social media content.
Your focus will be on identifying people with compelling stories aligned to key initiatives, and supporting the production team from initial research through to post-production.
You will use your creative judgment and strong interpersonal skills to build a reliable talent directory, manage consents and logistics, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, people-driven content.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with internal teams to understand storytelling needs and content briefs.
Research and source appropriate talent to feature in digital media projects.
Manage all aspects of talent coordination – from scheduling shoots to expectation setting and updates.
Maintain and update a detailed, searchable Talent Directory.
Ensure compliance with consent forms and manage renewals as needed.
Monitor social media and content trends to identify talent and influencer opportunities.
Suggest and pitch content opportunities tied to strategic goals and audience interests.
Collaborate with video producers, social media managers, and writers to bring stories to life.
Analyse content performance to inform future talent selection and engagement strategies.
About You :
Experience working in media production, talent sourcing, casting, or digital storytelling.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement.
Organised, creative, and self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple priorities.
