Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Employment Lawyer to join our team. The role will involve providing strategic counsel to a diverse range of high-profile clients and navigating the intricacies of employment relationships.

Key responsibilities include working closely with clients, developing solutions to complex employment issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in all facets of employment law, including discrimination, workplace policies, redundancies, anti-discrimination, workplace investigations, contracts & agreements, harassment & bullying and dispute resolution.

To succeed in this role, you will require at least 4+ years PQE and a commercial & client-focused outlook. You will have a law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, as well as time management skills, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. They will be proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
