About the Role:

This part-time role is based at Homebush, working closely with teaching staff and stakeholders to facilitate seminarians' growth.

Skill Requirements:

  • Experience in a senior counselling or psychology role.
  • Understanding of priesthood vocation and ministry.
  • Personal commitment to Catholic Church teachings and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a supportive formation culture for seminarians.
  • Provide counselling and accompany seminarians on their journey of formation.

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar senior role.
  • Graduate qualifications and accreditation in counselling or psychology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
