Our Mobile Support and Treatment Service requires a skilled Registered Psychiatric Nurse to provide intensive recovery-orientated treatment to consumers experiencing mental health problems in their own environment.

About the Role

This role provides a range of services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and support for individuals experiencing mental health issues. As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you will work closely with consumers, carers/families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve organisational and service goals.

  • Provide specialist clinical knowledge and skills to assess, diagnose, and treat consumers experiencing mental health issues.
  • Work collaboratively with consumers, carers/families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach to deliver high-quality care and services.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will need:

  • Post graduate studies in mental health or completion of a specialist undergraduate psychiatric nursing program.
  • Experience working in mental health, within community, acute or inpatient environments.
  • Current AHPRA registration and Employee Working with Children Check.
  • Relevant working rights/ Visa for Australia.
