Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent to meet our current and future needs.

About the Role
  • Manage a high-volume hospitality recruitment portfolio across QLD
  • Support the hiring of Cooks, Crew, Shift Leaders, Restaurant Managers and more
  • Utilize your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to present to audiences and build relationships with candidates
Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruit and select top talent for various restaurant roles
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment (retail, call centre, hospitality, customer service)
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a solutions mindset
  • Strong tech savviness and attention to detail
  • Able to work in a dynamic team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
