Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to play a key part in the recruitment and resourcing of staff for our centres.

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who can work closely with Centre Directors and Operational Support Managers to ensure we have a proactive talent pipeline to efficiently recruit and resource our centres effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews for vacant positions;
  • Facilitating feedback from interviewers and ensuring timely completion of references and contract generation;
  • Coordinating onboarding and induction processes for new staff members.

 

Requirements:

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

 

  • A background in recruitment or a strong background in customer relationship management or Early Childhood Education;
  • A solid understanding of early learning, and the roles and responsibilities within a centre;
  • Strong relationship, negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Fresh ideas and an interest in refining our recruitment and onboarding processes;
  • Experience with systems, preferably an Applicant Tracking System.
