Key Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst:

This role assists the Senior Finance Manager in Ad Sales, focusing on all aspects of revenue, including linear advertising, digital advertising, affiliates, and other income streams, while also managing research and data expenses. Collaboration with operational stakeholders and the broader Finance team is essential.

Responsibilities include:

Reporting

Regular KPI and sales performance reporting Digital revenue forecasting and modeling External reporting to various digital partners; engaging with internal business managers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations Month-end review, accruals, and preparation of month-end journals for approval Overseeing commercial integration project reporting and balance sheet reconciliations External revenue reporting to industry bodies

Forecasting & Budgeting

Monthly risk assessment and opportunity identification for Linear/Digital, along with monthly forecast reporting Ownership and execution of the annual budgeting process, which includes detailed digital revenue modeling and operational and capital cost analysis.

Audit Support

Assist the Senior Finance Manager and reporting team with any audit inquiries.

Qualifications for the Finance Analyst Role:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline Progressing towards CIMA, CA, CPA is highly regarded Minimum of 2 years of experience in diverse finance roles Strong proficiency in business English, both written and verbal Advanced skills in MS Office Familiarity with SAP and Longview is advantageous Experience in the media and entertainment sector is a plus A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn Demonstrated ability to work independently, taking ownership and accountability for tasks to meet deadlines A collaborative team player with a cooperative approach
