At Domain Group, we are committed to driving growth and delivering exceptional value through innovative pricing strategies. We are seeking a skilled Pricing Analyst to support the growth of our business by developing and executing pricing strategies that enable sustainable and profitable growth.

As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a foundational role in supporting the growth of our business. Your work will directly contribute to every part of the Domain Group business, so the ability to manage stakeholder relationships will be crucial. You will also be responsible for building foundational pricing infrastructure and driving tactical campaigns to improve yield and margin across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pricing process across the Residential, Commercial, Developer, Media, and Agent Solutions businesses
  • Develop and maintain the rate cards for all B2B products
  • Work with product owners to maximise product margins
  • Support the development of the discount structure and new pricing models
  • Drive the operational implementation of the price review process
  • Work with the data team to deliver pricing-specific data requirements
  • Implement system upgrades required for pricing purposes
  • Develop tools and processes for margin management
  • Gather market feedback for pricing strategy development
  • Competitor analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a highly analytical discipline (Economics, Commerce, Engineering)
  • Experience in pricing is favourable
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, sales operations or sales support functions
  • Experience interacting with and assessing diverse data sources and key P&L metrics
  • Excellent financial and analytical capability; data-driven and focused on fact-based assessments
