ICT Warehouse/Assets Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our warehouse and assets.

About the Role

  • Inventory Management: Coordinate stock replenishments, maintain accurate inventory records, and collaborate with teams.
  • Dispatch and Returns: Handle urgent dispatch requests and equipment returns for offices.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Strong proficiency in ServiceNow, including asset tracking workflows, transfer orders, dashboard creation, and incident resolution.
  • User Liaison: Manage tasks, incidents, and resolution outcomes within ServiceNow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock movements, and optimize storage capacity.
  • Communication: Develop effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve complex issues related to inventory management and logistics.
