Job Overview
- This role is responsible for the maintenance of hardware and software assets registered within a Configuration Management Database.
About the Position
- The Service Process Controller will work 3 days per week, from multiple locations across Australia.
- This is a permanent part-time opportunity.
Main Responsibilities
- Controlling the receipt, identification, storage, and withdrawal of supported assets within the database.
- Reviewing install, move, add or change requests.
- Reconciling asset movements against IMACs.
- Implementing requests for change assigned to Asset Management.
- Administering procurement of new assets.
- Managing imports of asset data.
- Verifying the accuracy of the database against the physical environment.
- Initiating and assisting in the development and maintenance of Asset Management process, policy & procedure documents.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of previous experience in logistics and/or warehouse environments.
- Previous experience updating and maintaining a CMDB.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Previous experience conducting change requests.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints.
- Current or reinstatable AGSVA Security Clearance required.
