Digital Asset Management System Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management System Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily administration of our digital asset management system, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:- Administer the day-to-day activities of the digital asset management system.
- Collaborate with the Collection Systems team to develop and implement systems, processes, and standards for collection information and digital assets.
- Provide training and support to users of the system.
- Integrate the use of the digital asset management system across all organizational systems and programs.
This is a critical role in ensuring the successful operation of our digital asset management system and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Requirements:- Proven understanding of digital asset management systems and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
