Operational Excellence Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Vehicle Processing Centre in Brisbane. As Operational Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of services aligned with customer and company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver operational excellence across all aspects of vehicle processing.
  • Implement initiatives designed to deliver on contracted KPIs.
  • Oversee site operations, staff performance, asset management, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and legislative requirements.
  • Own financial performance, including budget management and variance analysis.
  • Be accountable for site operations, safety, compliance, and facility performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet KPIs and customer deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in automotive processing or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of operational safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
  • Financial acumen, including P&L management and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead change, develop teams, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
