Centre Director Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Centre Assistant Director at our Western Australian Early Learning Centre.
This is a full-time, permanent position that involves leading with vision, support, and hands-on involvement. As a Centre Assistant Director, you will be actively engaged on the floor, supporting educators and creating a warm and welcoming environment for children and families.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement centre policies and procedures
- Providing guidance and support to educators to ensure high-quality care and education for children
- Leading by example and promoting a positive and inclusive culture within the centre
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an early learning centre or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
