We're currently seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Centre Director to lead our beautiful, purpose-built 92-place service at Ascolta Early Learning and Care Duncraig, which opened in September last year. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-resourced, modern centre with an already strong team in place, and the full support of a dedicated Area Manager and Operations Manager.

About the role:

Overseeing day-to-day service operations to maintain excellence in care and education

Leading a successful team, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support

Ensuring compliance with company policies, the EYLF, and NQS standards

Driving team development, coordination, and professional growth

Acting as the Nominated Supervisor for the service

Maintaining workplace health and safety standards

Managing staff rosters, maintaining required ratios, and reviewing timesheets

Overseeing enrolments, fostering parent engagement, service tours and building strong community relationships

Duties managed by our support team:

To support our Centre Director so they are able to give focus and energy to the children, families and their team, the following tasks are centralised and managed by our external support team:

Repairs and maintenance

Qualification management, tracking and renewal reminders

Family payments and managing payment queries

Recruitment and onboarding

The successful candidate must have the following:

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Centre Director role

WA Working with Children Check

National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain)

First Aid in Education and Care Setting (or willingness to obtain)

Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills

A genuine passion for early years education

Ongoing work rights in Australia
