Job Description Centre Director - Community Kindergarten | Darling Downs Commencing March 2024 Full-time, permanent Remuneration set at $125,000 per annum Community Kindergarten with links to a local independent school Located in a thriving regional hub with a relaxed and friendly country town vibe 2 hours' drive to/from Brisbane City Job Reference #3701 School Profile Our client is a Community Kindergarten that strives to provide a happy, safe, and secure environment where all children learn through play.
In a natural environment with flexible programs and engaging experiences, children are encouraged to explore, take risks, accept challenges, learn, and grow.
Educational programs are developed and implemented with consultation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF: Belonging, Being and Becoming), the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines, and the National Quality Standards.
Reporting to the Management Committee, the Director will be responsible for the operational management of all aspects of the Kindergarten, including human resources, educational and wellbeing programs, communication with families, risk and compliance, marketing, and administration.
