Lead Credit Risk Strategist

This is a highly impactful role where you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative credit risk strategies for our lending and credit business.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to design and launch diverse credit products that meet the evolving needs of small-to-medium-sized businesses across various industries.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing the entire credit lifecycle, including origination, servicing, and collections, to optimize loan portfolio performance.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with balance sheet partners, investors, regulators, and stakeholders, providing transparent communication on credit performance and risk management.
  • You will continuously improve our credit risk management strategy and policies to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • You will lead and mentor the credit and risk management teams, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
Requirements
  • You should have 10+ years of relevant experience in credit risk management, preferably within fintech, lending, credit cards, or unsecured loans with scale-up/startup growth experience.
  • You must have strong business acumen and extensive experience driving credit risk strategy and acquisition underwriting for credit cards or unsecured loans.
