Market Intelligence Expert

This role requires a Retail Property Market Analyst to contribute to the full campaign lifecycle by providing strategic market intelligence and financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial modelling for retail assets, encompassing cash flow projections and analysis
  • Preparing high-quality submissions, pitches, and information memorandums that effectively communicate client needs
  • Coordinating technical and financial due diligence, including lease reviews and benchmarking exercises
  • Conducting research on market trends and maintaining key data sources to inform business decisions
  • Supporting the development of new business opportunities through collaborative work with cross-functional teams
  • Attending client meetings to discuss campaign progress and preparing timely reports
Required Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to support data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the Australian retail property market and its evolving trends
