As a key player in the commercial construction industry, we're seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for established Project Coordinators looking to take their skills to the next level.

The Opportunity

This exciting opportunity will see you working on projects ranging from $100k through to $30M+. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and current information on each project, including all project registers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all project data is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing monthly cost-to-complete forecasts and progress claims.
  • Support Project Managers in resolving head and subcontract variation claims.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare, submit, and approve contract documents.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier payment claims against cost-to-complete and process payments in a timely manner.
  • Verify that paperwork and contracts are sufficiently detailed and prescriptive regarding programme requirements.
