As the Chief Technology and Transformation Officer, you will play a critical role in improving the alignment, relevancy, and efficiency of the City's services.

About the Role

We are seeking a senior technology leader with experience working in complex customer-focused organisations and leading significant transformational change programs. You will be responsible for setting and executing the City's technological vision and strategy, including transforming legacy IT systems into modern, cloud-based integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and improvement across the organisation
  • Leading large-scale transformation projects, focusing on continuous improvement, technology advancements, and business process optimisation
  • Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team to deliver strategic objectives and ensure governance, risk, and assurance are maintained at all times

You will have the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team to build a culture of high performance and customer centricity, ensuring the Directorate is seen as a true business partner and enabler for the broader organisation.

About the Salary

We offer an estimated annual salary of $200,000 - $250,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
