The Role:

We're seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technological innovation and drive business transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring Super Care remains highly competitive. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Formulate and execute a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Innovation: Spearhead cutting-edge technology solutions leveraging advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cloud computing.
  • Technology Infrastructure & Operations: Ensure robust, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure, managing software, hardware, and network systems to optimize service delivery.
  • Risk Management & Business Continuity: Lead cybersecurity initiatives, safeguard data privacy, and implement a comprehensive business continuity plan to ensure regulatory compliance and operational resilience.
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, contractors, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure they meet the company's needs.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology into business operations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• MBA is a plus
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in technology roles, ideally as a CTO
• Proven track record of driving technological innovation and business transformation through technology
• Experience in managing technology such as ERP/CRM, project management tools, cloud technologies, Google Suite
• Strong technical knowledge in cybersecurity, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and other technology trends
• Other competencies: business acumen, leadership, strategic thinking, consulting, influencing, negotiation, project management, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
