Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients across food manufacturing, protein, and retail sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage customer projects, and technical aptitude for problem-solving and process analysis. They will also be able to work in food factory environments and understand operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with procurement, operations, and R&D teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
  • Manage end-to-end commercial projects including trials, proposals, onboarding, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with technical, production, and supply chain teams to meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in B2B sales/account management preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG.
  • Experience with thermoformed or plastic packaging is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven sales track record.
