Project Manager Job Summary

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A background in Electrical Trades (Lineworker or Electrician) with real-world experience working safely and effectively on site.
  • Formal Project Management training (Certificate or Diploma) with practical experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • A thoughtful approach to risk management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor relationships.
  • Solid technical knowledge of engineering or construction, grounded in best practice and ethical leadership.
  • A natural ability to mentor and share knowledge generously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications and confidence navigating commercial and contractual landscapes.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence and understanding of key legislative frameworks impacting utility work.
