Senior Finance Business Partner

This is a career-defining role that offers the opportunity to partner with the sales and marketing teams of a leading FMCG business.

  • This key leadership position will provide timely and accurate reporting and commercial insights to drive decision-making.
  • As a senior finance business partner, you will be responsible for providing financial input and evaluation of business proposals, including new products, pricing, marketing, and trade support.
  • You will also lead a robust budget and forecasting process, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
  • In addition, you will identify areas for continuous improvement and execute accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise within an FMCG environment (5+ years) and have business partnered the commercial side (sales & marketing) of the organisation.

You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to exert influence across the operational side of the business will be fundamental to your success.
