Senior Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Supervisor to lead our complex construction projects. Your expertise in formwork design and systems will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our civil engineering endeavors.
This role requires a strong background in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks. As a seasoned Site Supervisor, you will oversee and monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FRP projects, with significant expertise in formwork design and systems. A Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification is also essential.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resources and manage subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Plan and organise plant, labour, and materials for project execution.
- Oversee and monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
About You:
- Extensive experience as a Site Supervisor, particularly in FRP projects.
- Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification.
- Strong background in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks.
