Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor's responsibility will be to assist the Project Manager in the delivery of projects by supervising and coordinating the on-site activities. At HEH Civil you will be working in small teams with other top-level experienced staff. There are also opportunities for ongoing training and promotion for the right person with an exceptional remuneration package on offer.

What You Will Need To Be Considered

  • Demonstrated ability and proven history of providing a level of confident and effective leadership to a project through positive communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise and collaborate with the project manager to ensure delivery of all projects safely, cost effectively, on time and to budget.
  • Demonstrated ability with planning and directing of all works on site necessary to deliver the project, including plant, equipment, labour, materials, subcontractors, and any other resources.
  • Demonstrated ability and proven history of managing all WHS, quality, environmental management, and community relations issues on all sites.
  • Proven ability to effectively report all activities that occur on site each day, as required by the project specification and company quality, OHS, environmental plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Proven and proactive ability of demonstrating safety, quality and environmental compliance is followed.

Requirements
  • Applicants will be required to have all current mandatory certifications to work as a supervisor and at least 5 years supervisory experience. Government infrastructure project experience is essential
