Are you a confident leader with a strong construction background and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes in remote communities? Northern Civil Solutions is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of remote residential housing projects across Far North Queensland.

Based in our Gordonvale office, this full-time position plays a vital role in our operations, leading on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in line with quality and compliance standards.

As a Site Supervisor, you will be hands-on with the day-to-day coordination of works, acting as the critical link between project managers and on-the-ground crews. You'll take ownership of team performance, ensure compliance with all WHS and environmental obligations, and confidently manage project milestones from mobilisation to handover.

You'll need to bring strong working knowledge of construction methodology, remote housing standards, and compliance frameworks, with the ability to operate independently.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Leading daily site operations and coordinating subcontractors, trades and work crews

Ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental, and remote housing construction standards

Managing schedules, resources, site documentation, and reporting

Building relationships with clients, project managers, and community members

Conducting site inspections, toolbox talks, and quality assurance checks

Overseeing remote project delivery and supporting project mobilisations
