Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to lead our Mandurah HOME store in Greenfields. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our high-volume retail store.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve goals. They will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain high levels of merchandising and store presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain efficient stock management and inventory control processes.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Drive in-store efficiencies to deliver results.
  • Maintain a safe environment for customers and team members.

Due to the high level of response, only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.59 - $42.18 per hour and 38 hours of work per week. Benefits include employee discounts and a dynamic work environment. Applicants must have previous retail experience and be available to work over a 7-day roster, including public holidays. Work authorization is required for Australia. The work location is in person.
