Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced retail leader to manage our store operations and provide exceptional customer service.
About the JobThe successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing inventory, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for supporting a positive work culture and contributing to team success.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inventory levels and maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers and colleagues
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet sales targets
- Contribute to the development of a positive and productive work culture
- Proven experience in retail management or a related field
- Excellent social skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to manage administrative tasks such as payroll and rostering
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
