As a Sales Assistant To High Performer, you will be responsible for:

  • Selling houses
  • Client appointments (final, building, pest inspections etc.)
  • Vendor reports
  • Drafting, reviewing, preparing, dropping off (if required) &/or sending out any pre-listing kits, market reports and proposal documentation
  • Handling admin tasks
  • Saturday inspection buyer follow-up calls and check-ins
  • Buyer management
  • All open for inspections & private viewings
  • Preparing for open for inspections & auctions
  • Attending all required property auctions
  • Organising photographer appointments
  • Understanding the real estate legislation
  • Assisting in the signing of REIV documentation
  • Responsible for key handling
  • Handling diverted phone if necessary

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in sales, property management or administration
  • Effective negotiation and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A passion for real estate sales and property
  • Current Agent's Representative certificate and police check
  • Current Driver's License and own car
