Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will engage with engineers, specifiers, and contractors in VIC to promote and present ICCONS fixing solutions.

You will work closely with our local distribution and sales team to support engineering-related queries and needs in the territory of VIC. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will drive the reputation and adoption of our products in the construction industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in construction-related Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, etc.)
  • An energetic and passionate personality
  • Experience in Specification Sales with Designers, Engineers, and Contractors
  • The ability to liaise with Project Engineers on commercial and infrastructure projects
  • Must be organized, structured, and able to work autonomously
  • Have a solution-based sales approach
  • A natural problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage relationships at all levels whether out on site or in the office
  • Willingness to travel interstate when required
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Able to conduct product presentations to engineers and clients
