This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Registered Nurse at Concord Repatriation General Hospital.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered, evidence-informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients and their families, while also contributing to the development of the healthcare team. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated understanding of evidence-informed practice and critical thinking
- Full working rights to work in Australia
