Job Title: Skilled Healthcare Professional

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will deliver a variety of high-quality services to our participants, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives in their community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support and assistance with daily life activities
  • Monitoring chronic and palliative conditions to ensure optimal care outcomes
  • Delivering holistic care that addresses the social, emotional, and physical needs of our participants

Essential criteria for this role are:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse
  • Proven skills in personal care, medication management, hoisting, and manual handling
  • A valid Working with Children's Check and current first aid and CPR certificates
  • Eligible working rights in Australia and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

This position requires flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including shifts on weekends and public holidays.
