We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skilled Healthcare Professional to join our growing healthcare team.
About the Role:As a Skilled Healthcare Professional, you will collaborate with physicians and other staff to provide comprehensive care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include taking vital signs, discussing patient symptoms, documenting health history, administering medications, and providing resources on managing medical issues at home.
Key Responsibilities:- Immunisations and injections
- Triage and assessment
- Wound management and chronic disease management
- ECGs and diagnostics
- Providing patient support and reassurance
- Assisting with care plans and shared health summaries
- Participating in telehealth consultations
- Current registration with relevant AHPRA body
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in an accredited General Practice environment
- Collaborative approach to patient care and a caring attitude
