We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse in an endoscopy setting.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of an interdisciplinary team delivering person-centred care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading, supporting and supervising other nurses and care roles, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:- Critical thinking and analysis of nursing practice
- Therapeutic and professional relationships
- Maintenance of clinical competence
- Nursing assessments and development of care plans
- Provision of safe, appropriate and responsive quality nursing practice
- Evaluation of outcomes to inform nursing practice
- Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Recent clinical experience in an endoscopy setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to identify key messages and concerns
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
- Computer skills and experience with health information systems
- Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to patient care
