Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet specific sales goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain a go-to-market strategy to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
  • Serve as a sponsor for key customer relationships and manage issues/problems/observations coming from customers.
  • Develop and own new mechanisms to scale goals and objectives.
  • Manage the input goals (relationships & pipeline) and output goals (unit/building installs) for the team.
About the Team

Amazon Key for Business is the multiunit arm of Amazon's secure delivery team, enabling 1-Click access to Amazon logistic's delivery drivers to customers' doorsteps, improving the bottom line of our last mile operations and increasing Amazon's accountability and security for property owners/managers.

The Business Development and Marketing team provides strategic partnerships and go-to-market strategy to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Multifamily real estate experience.
  • Access control and prop tech experience.
  • Experience selling products and services to strata committees.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
