Job Description

As a Senior Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems on a major infrastructure project. Your role ensures that all works are executed safely, efficiently and to specification while coordinating subcontractors and driving quality outcomes.

This includes leading daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and end-of-shift debriefs for HVAC teams, supervising the installation of chilled water systems, ventilation systems, mechanical LV systems and BMCS interfaces, ensuring works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, ITPs and project specifications, coordinating access, lifting, penetrations and interfaces with other trades and overseeing testing and commissioning activities.

With strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including ductwork, chilled water, ventilation and mechanical LV systems, you will be able to manage subcontractors and coordinate with other trades effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in HVAC construction supervision on large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including ductwork, chilled water, ventilation and mechanical LV systems.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with other trades.
