Our ClientsWe work with major clients such as Telstra, Broadspectrum, Byron Council, Department of Primary Industries, Department of Housing, and Vicinity Shopping Centres.Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate Landscaper to join our team in Forbes. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites.Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain gardens and lawns, perform all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.
  • Support the Team Leader in fostering a positive, values-driven team culture.
  • Assist supported employees in building skills and reaching their employment goals.
  • Complete tasks as directed by Team Leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Background in property or garden maintenance, including lawn and weed identification.
  • Familiarity with operating relevant equipment (training provided if needed).
  • Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks within a small team.
  • Valid driver's licence - minimum P2.
  • Confident towing a trailer.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check.
