We are seeking a seasoned Horticulturist to join our senior maintenance team.

This is a rare opportunity to work on prestigious sites across the Eastern Suburbs, delivering bespoke high-quality gardens and outdoor entertainment areas for private clients.

As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for scheduling weekly work, managing a small team, and liaising with clients and external stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent managerial and organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule weekly work
  • Manage a small team of maintenance professionals

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
  • 3-5+ years' experience within the landscape maintenance industry
  • Commercial and high-end residential maintenance experience
  • Personable and presentable
