Elite Landscaping and Maintenance Co PTY LTD, based in The Hills Shire, specializes in high-end garden maintenance, commercial garden maintenance and landscaping / landscape construction services. We work across The Hills Shire, Hawkesbury, and throughout Sydney and Surrounds.

We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ride-on mowing, hedging, and high-end garden maintenance.
- Spraying, fertilizing, and disease management.
- General gardening and horticultural work.
- Landscaping (Softscapes and Hardscapes)
- Machinery Works / Excavation
- (Landscaping experience is not essential but will be highly regarded.)

**Must-Have Requirements**:

- Car or truck license.
- Own vehicle to commute to job sites / factory.
- Proven experience minimum 2 years in landscape gardening and horticultural work.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills.
- Good attitude, reliable and trustworthy

**Not Essential, but Preferable**:

- Light Rigid Truck Licence
- Experience towing a trailer or light truck.
- Landscaping experience (all aspects).
- Experience with machinery (Excavators, Bobcat, Dingo, etc.).
- Own work vehicle and tools.
- Local to Hills / Hawkesbury Area.

**The Elite Landscaping and Maintenance Co PTY LTD Team**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Subcontract

Pay: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
