We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our First Nations Strategic Pursuits team, bringing expertise in First Nations engagement and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and communities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled First Nations Subject Matter Expert to work closely with our clients and stakeholders to deliver culturally informed projects that achieve improved social value outcomes for First Nations communities.

  • Maintain the probity of First Nations intellectual and cultural property as it is embedded into our workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with First Nations suppliers, training providers, and employment agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of approach to the reconciliation goals of the organization.

Key Qualifications

  • High level of cultural competency and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and communities.
  • Established stakeholder engagement skills with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Exposure to Indigenous Procurement Plans and Indigenous Participation Plans.
